Denny’s at the Flying J is our go-to place when we aren’t sure what we want to eat. Varied menu, and lots of gluten-free choices. Their steaks are surprisingly good.

All we need reservations if you plan on coming in with like two tour buses of people other than that first come first serve

I do believe on their web page they said Veterans Day. That is sad! I would show them their web page for sure and write to their corporate office.
